The Ellerbrook suite
Beautifully presented in traditional country house style with a mix of oak panelling and neutral cream walls, this is the largest suite the hotel has to offer and overlooks the orchard lawn at the rear of the hotel.
Simply decorated in the pastoral style, the Ellerbrook suite allows any wedding colours, decor styles, or exciting features to speak for themselves when paired with this understated, yet stunning backdrop.
It is licensed for civil ceremonies up to 200 people and can comfortably hold between 60 and 170 for banqueting and up to 200 for buffet-style receptions on your wedding day.
Opening out onto a private terrace, the Orangery is exceptionally popular for civil ceremonies and smaller wedding gatherings.
Licensed for a wedding or civil ceremony for up to 110 people, it is ideal for welcoming between 20 and 60 guests for both banqueting and buffet-style weddings.

To make planning for your special day easier and simpler, Briars Hall offers an all-in-one venue and wedding packages that can include:
- Venue hire
- All food and drink plus the expertise of our banqueting managers
- Bedroom accommodation, including bridal suite use the night before and the night of your wedding
- Wedding planner assistance
- Decor, including optional extras like light-up letters, an LED dancefloor, and VIP carpet runners in various colours
- Exclusive use, if requested
Plus, we can liaise with all of your suppliers, such as your photographer and florist, if you are happy to use our preferred suppliers list – leaving you free to relax and enjoy your wedding journey.
Full day wedding packages start from £6,500 (based on 50 day guests and 80 evening guests) while Twilight wedding packages start from £5,500 (based on 80 guests).
